Miami Consulate Visit and Chamber of Commerce Meeting

Within the scope of chamber of commerce meetings, we presented First Contact Service's activities to Miami Chamber of Commerce officials.

Our contacts with chambers of commerce continue as part of our global growth strategy. In this context, we met with officials from the Miami Dade Chamber of Commerce and representatives from the Turkish-American Chamber of Commerce.

During the visit, which was also accompanied by our Consul:

• First Contact Service's (FCS) global call center operations were introduced.

• Our growth targets in the US market and the employment opportunities we provide were shared.

• Discussion took place on how our technology-based Customer Experience solutions can add value to local businesses.

We continue our efforts to evaluate Miami's commercial potential and become a strong part of this ecosystem.
